- your pick up or drop off addresses are located in the Congestion charge zone;
- we have to enter congestion charge zone while in transit between origin and destination locations.

It's your responsibility to arrange necessary parking permit if required. If there are restrictions such as yellow lines, red routes or residents only etc. you have to arrange parking permit with your local council. Only you as a resident can arrange that. Once you book removal service with All Removals London you will receive confirmation of your booking directly to your email and also as a text message to your mobile. Normally if you book within office working hours you should expect your confirmation within 20 min. If booked out of office hours you might have to wait till the morning next working day.

We are not registered for VAT, so there will be no VAT added to the final price.

You can stop to pick up or drop off your belongings in as many places as you want to. But keep in mind that our service is based on hourly rates and additional £1.5 per mile is calculated if distance between locations exceeds 10 miles.

Yes you can. Please contact our office with your request at least 48 hour before originally planned appointment. The reason why we ask you to let us know about any changes 48 hours in advance is pretty obvious. Most likely you are not the only one to move (or want to move) with us on this day. We do our logistic plan well ahead so we can keep our daily removals on schedule and our customers happy. If for any reason you fail to update us with changes - one-time fee of £25 will apply.

We provide our services in all London and Greater London areas. We also do nationwide removals which start or end in Greater London area. We are also very happy to move you from London to any country within European Union.

No. Our charges start from the moment we arrive to your pick up address and start your removal. Your mileage costs are based on distance between your pick up and drop of addresses. You don't have to worry where we coming from or where we going back to after your move.

If you moving any day from Monday till Thursday, usually booking 1 day before is enough. In case you want to move on Friday or on weekend we strongly advise you to book 2 weeks or minimum 1 week ahead as it seems that everyone want to or have time to move on weekend. Earlier you book, better the chance of getting the exact time you require and lesser of a chance of being refused at all.

All customers ordering their removal for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday get 10% off as a standard. There are additional seasonal discounts offer publicly, such as Christmas or Easter discounts. We might also offer discounts to our returning or regular clients.

Yes. In order to ensure that your goods are fully protected, we make sure that you have insurance cover for them while they are in transit up to £10000 and our public liability insurance goes up to £1,000,000 whilst we are in your property.
But if for any reason you decide that you need extra insurance for your goods then feel free to arrange one under our own policy standards. Please refer to our Insurance Terms & Conditions for more details and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have.
How do I pay for the moving service?
How do I pay for the moving service?
You can choose payment method when you booking moving service on our website. You will have three options:
- By cash directly to the driver before unloading;
- Debit or Credit Card (24 hours prior your move);
- Secure payment via PayPal (24 hours prior your move).
We offer invoicing only for our regular clients.
You have to note that we do not take card payments over the phone for your own security.

No, there are no extra costs or charges. In 95% of cases you will pay exactly what you have been quoted on our website, unless special circumstances occur, such us:
- imperative need of using extra man power, additional removals' van or any other specialised equipment, without which completion of the job is not possible;
- underestimated loading or unloading time which will result in extended working hours
- parking fine is issued due to failure to arrange parking permit.
Certainly you do not have to pay extra for fuel, mileage, etc. All these costs are already included in your charges. "

No. We do not ask you to pay a deposit. But in case you want to cancel moving service with All Removals London please do so at least 24 hours prior your move. Otherwise cancellation fee of £25 will occur and will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours before our planned arrival we will refund you your money in full.

This is totally up to you. If you are happy with our personnel and satisfied with their work, then feel free to tip! However there is absolutely no obligation to do so.

Yes, you can travel with a driver for FREE if there is a space in the van. Most of our vans are 3-sitters so depending on daily circumstances there might be 1 or 2 seats available for you to travel. But, this is not always possible, that's why is important to let us know ahead and we will make sure to keep a seat for you. Please note this offer is valid only for adults.
